8:45 a.m.             The Coin Game: How the Supreme Court Resolves Equal Protection Cases: Project CRITICAL Lesson 1 

 

9:15 a.m.                         Participants will work in pairs to analyze Equal Protection Cases involving Race or Gender Issues. 

1.        Do a CompuLEGAL analysis of your case

2.        Read and critique the Project CRITICAL lesson plan of your case

3.        Report to entire group on your CompuLEGAL analysis 

4.        Point out to the entire group which parts of the lesson plan would be most beneficial to use in teaching this case.
