1. In one or two sentences, state the nature of the social problem that your group plans to study.

Students blatant disrespect to authority as well as one another. |

at least three undesirable social conditions that result from this problem:

a) Excessive talking after the morning bell, excessive talking through out the day, during class time, dismissal, and during announcements |

b) They think they are grown up and have the attitude that disregards all rules for respect. Belligerent disposition and attitude in class towards adults and each other. |

c) Parents as a hindrance ex: not teaching their child to respect the teachers and rules. The parent always taking the child’s point of view first. |
3. Write a short phrase that summarizes the social problem and its location (examples: students reading below grade level at P.S. 299; vandalism at Jones Middle School; cheating in Mr. Green’s math class)
