Teachers spend a lot of time on discipline which impacts on instructions and learning. The existing instructional program does not meet the needs of those students that are struggling. Program should allow teachers more flexibility in determining what instructional program is best for their students. Lack of academic and social support for new arrivals who have no prior schooling and are having difficulty adjusting to new environment. Lack of guidance counselor and social workers to address the social needs, of students and their family that impact on behavior. |
